27  Indications for CRT

1. NYHA Class 3 or 4 HF
2. Sinus rhtyhm
3. LVEF ≤ 35%
4. QRS > 120 msecs if LBBB or QRS > 150 msecs if non-LBBB
5. On optimal medical therapy
